This Privacy Policy explains how SampleQuiz ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using SampleQuiz, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your name and profile photo from Google Sign-In
- Email address: Used for account identification; not displayed publicly to other users
- Quiz activity data: Scores, completed levels, coin balance, battle results, and streak progress
- Device identifiers: Used for push notification delivery (FCM tokens)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Display your name and photo in leaderboards and on your profile
- Track your quiz progress, coin balance, and achievements
- Send push notifications (daily quiz reminders, streak alerts, battle results)
- Improve app content, question quality, and user experience
4. Third-Party Services
SampleQuiz uses the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In — for authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
- Firebase — for authentication, push notifications, and analytics (Firebase Privacy Policy)
- Facebook Audience Network — for displaying advertisements (Meta Privacy Policy)
5. Advertising
The app displays advertisements via Facebook Audience Network. Meta may use your device's advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google Settings → Ads.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google Firebase, Meta Ads) as necessary to operate the app. Your display name and profile photo are visible to other users on leaderboards.
7. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Data is stored in secure cloud databases. We do not store passwords — Google manages all authentication credentials.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Quiz progress and coin balance are retained as part of ongoing gameplay. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
9. Your Rights
- Request a copy of your data: Email us at admin@noobbot.cloud
- Delete your account: Open the app → Profile → Delete Account (immediate request)
- All personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
10. Children's Privacy
SampleQuiz is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
